INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY :
The International Yoga Day was celebrated on 21st June, presenting a great opportunity to implement the values of discipline, mental and physical practice, and the unity of mind and body.



STUDENTS ELECTIONS :
School election process is a time where students get to know about the process involved in choosing the right candidate for a particular post, by using their right to vote and choose a governing body which represents the students of the school as one. The Annual School Election for the session 2024-25 was held in school premises for all the four houses, for electing students for the post of Head Boy, Head Girl, House Captains, House Vice-Captains. Students from grade 5 to 10 took an active part in the selection process which started almost a month back before the actual election process happened. Nomination forms were provided to the students beforehand. The potential nominees were declared to the members of the each house for the posts made available. Nominees were selected and judged on their class performance, co-scholastics, participation in school events, individual efforts and initiatives, general attitude and behaviour, and speech. Each house conducted the polling procedure at different corners of the premises. Six ballot boxes were used for vote casting to take place. Students casted their vote one after another as they received an identification mark on their index finger as a sign of participation. A sense of secrecy and respect for voting could be seen during the election process throughout. At the end of the process, votes were counted and winning names were announced in a special Investiture ceremony conducted to felicitate the newly formed school council.

Raksha Bandhan celebrations in schools are vibrant events with activities like Rakhi making, decorating, and tying ceremonies, all while emphasizing the importance of the brother-sister bond and cultural heritage.
KRISHNASHTAMI CELEBRATIONS :
In schools, Krishna Janmashtami celebrations involve vibrant decorations, cultural performances like dances and skits, and activities like storytelling and “Dahi Handi” (breaking pots of butter) to honor the birth of Lord Krishna, fostering a sense of joy and cultural understanding.
INDIGENIOUS GAMES :
Indigenous games are traditional activities rooted in a community’s culture and heritage, often passed down through generations, promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and cultural pride. In a school setting, incorporating these games can foster a sense of community, teach valuable skills, and connect students with their heritage.
FOOD FESTIVAL :
A school food festival is a vibrant event where students, often with family help, showcase culinary skills by preparing and selling diverse dishes, promoting cultural exchange and community engagement while raising funds for school activities.
GANESH CHATURTHI :
In schools, Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations often involve students learning about the festival’s cultural significance, engaging in creative activities like crafting idols, and participating in cultural performances.
GRANDPARENTS DAY :
It was a heartwarming celebration of Grandparents at School. A day filled with joy, love and laughter as our beloved grandparents joined their grandchildren in various fun games and activities. Watching the bond between generations grow stronger was truly special.

SCIFARI’24 :
A school science fair is an event where students showcase their scientific projects, experiments, and models to their peers, teachers, and sometimes the broader community, fostering a love for science and promoting hands-on learning.
- Purpose:Science fairs provide students with an opportunity to engage in independent scientific inquiry, conduct research, and present their findings in a public forum.
- Activities:Students choose a scientific topic of interest, design and conduct experiments, analyze their results, and create a display board to showcase their project.
SPORTS MEET :
The much-awaited Annual Sports Meet at is a day of excitement, enthusiasm, and fierce competition. It is a highlight of the academic calendar, where students from all grades gather to showcase their sporting skills and spirit. The event kicks off with an opening ceremony, which usually includes a grand parade by the students, carrying banners representing their respective houses (teams). The school principal or a guest of honor typically addresses the crowd, emphasizing the importance of fitness, perseverance, and teamwork. The sports meet includes :

RIVERIA – ANNUAL DAY CELEBRATIONS 2024-25 :
